Search by productThe simplest and quickest way is to use our search engine whose window is at the top left of all the pages of our web site. You can also enter a partial product description. This description can be as long as ‘’shaving foam’’ or ‘’face moisturizer’’.
Product InformationAfter having selected a product that meets your needs, you can find out about its benefits and read the instructions for use on its presentation page. A selection of complementary products is also proposed as well as the possibility of finding out more about the brand.

Placing an order
Use the “Add to my basket” function
At www.comptoirdelhomme.com, it’s quick and easy to place an order. To select the item you wish to buy, just click on the ‘“Add to my basket” button associated with the item selected. The item is added to the products already selected in your basket. To delete an item, click on the trash can icon located in the ‘’Delete’’ column, your order is automatically recalculated. To change the quantity for an item, just correct the number in the ‘’Qty’’ column.
Customer identificationIf you are already a www.comptoirdelhomme.com customer, and you have filled your shopping basket and want to place an order, you must identify yourself by entering your e-mail address and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can inform us and we will send you a new one by e-mail. To do so, just click on ‘’Password forgotten? Click here’’ in ‘’My Account‘’ menu at the top right of the home page.

Ordering by phoneIf you are calling from France, you can place an order by contacting our Customer Services Department from Monday through Friday at 0811 851 220 (cost of a local call). Delivery costs and times are the same as for any purchase made on-line at www.comptoirdelhomme.com.
Gift wrapYour order can be shipped in a gift box at a charge of €2 tax inclusive. To do so, choose the ‘’gift wrap’’ option when ordering.
If your order is a gift, know that the prices are not indicated on the delivery note attached to the package. You can download the invoice from your Account and the order is sent to the delivery address.
Payment methodsBank cards
We accept the following bank cards: French Carte Bleue, Visa and MasterCard, American Express.
Comptoir de l’Homme has a secured payment tool: the Electronic Payment Terminal (EPT) of the Neuflize
OBC bank. Payment security is based on the authentication of the merchant, that is Comptoir de l’Homme
and the confidentiality of all the data. To ensure this security, Neuflize OBC’s EPT uses proven
encryption techniques and complies with the different banking regulations.
A program installed on the Comptoir de l’Homme server establishes the communication between your
computer and the EPT of the Neuflize OBC bank once you have validated your order and confirmed
your request for payment.
You’ll simply need a Web browser that accepts SSL connections. No other software specific to
on-line payment is necessary. These characteristics are available on all browsers available today.
Your bank card number is only known to Neuflize OBC (not Comptoir de l’Homme).

CreditIf you return a product to our warehouse in accordance with the procedure described in the DELIVERIES AND RETURNS heading, you can request reimbursement in the form of credit on your next order. In this case, a ‘’Discount/Credit’’ code will be sent to you by e-mail: this code must be entered in the ‘’Credit/gift voucher’’ box when paying. This is a unique code usable only once. Be sure to save it as if it is lost, it will not be communicated to you again.
Questions on billingBilling for gifts
Whatever the payment method used, once it has been validated and the order has been shipped, the person placing the order can download the invoice from your Account heading. No invoice will be sent by post. The beneficiary of the gift ordered by a third party receives a delivery note that does not mention the price of the items delivered.
Order Confirmation
After having ordered from www.comptoirdelhomme.com, you will
receive an e-mail that summarizes the order.
It indicates your order number, the detail of the products ordered and the corresponding prices.
Your delivery and billing addresses and the shipping method are also included.
Before placing an order, you can check the content and total amount of your order shopping cart.
Once the order has been validated and paid for it cannot be cancelled or modified on-line.

Product availability

among the men’s or men’s line brands. However, it may be possible that an item is
temporarily unavailable.
This is exceptional and we ask that you regularly consult the www.comptoirdelhomme.com web
site to check the availability of the product you are looking for. If you want to be informed
on the date of availability of a product click on the “Receive an email when this product is back
in!” button. Then enter the email address you wish us to use to inform you.
You may have to return a product to our warehouse. Possible cases are:
- Return during the legal retraction period;
- Delivery problems due to the carrier;
- Delivery errors.

Address bookEnter or modify delivery data
In your address book you can create, delete or modify several delivery addresses to have your orders
delivered to friends or family members or even your workplace. To create or add addresses, click
on the “Add address” button. To delete an address click on the “Delete” button located below each
address.
To modify an address, click on the “Modify” button located below each address.
When creating your account, the address you enter is considered your main address: your order will be shipped to this address by default.
To change it, create a new address and check the “Main address” box.
